Meet The Sea Girt Dentist

Dr. Scheddin didn’t love his smile growing up because of crooked and spaced-out teeth, and it wasn’t until he underwent extensive orthodontic treatment that he was able to regain confidence in himself. For this reason, he knew he wanted to help others with dental issues and other similar predicaments, which led him to become the experienced dentist he is today!

After completing his undergraduate Biological Sciences degree at Rutgers, he completed his Master of Science at Drexel University College of Medicine, and later his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Since then, he’s spent the majority of his time sharpening his skill set and continuing to expand his education to stay at the forefront of dentistry.

Dr. Scheddin has earned well over 400 continuing education credits, which includes completing an intensive one-year advanced training at NYU in full mouth rehabilitation. This training focused on treating advanced cases that encompass the entire mouth, along with a focus on aesthetics.
